Will 10PLUS Wheels Work With Shimano 12-Speed? HG vs Micro Spline
“12-speed” doesn't tell you which freehub you need. Your cassette does.
12-speed isn't enough information
“Shimano 12-speed” can mean different cassette families. The freehub you need depends on the cassette's interface, not the number of sprockets.
That's why the 10PLUS listing offers Shimano HG and Shimano Micro Spline as separate options.
HG
If your Shimano cassette is designed for Hyperglide (HG), order the HG version.
The safest way to be sure is to read the exact cassette model or look at your current freehub.
Micro Spline
Micro Spline is used on Shimano's MTB cassette families. If your cassette is Micro Spline, choose the Micro Spline option.
Don't assume an HG body will take it just because both are Shimano.
What to send the seller
If you're unsure, send 10PLUS your exact cassette model, bike model and axle spacing before ordering. It's much easier than sorting out compatibility after delivery.
Bottom line
10PLUS supports all the major freehub standards, but you still have to pick the right one. “Shimano 12-speed” is the starting clue, not the final answer.
